Within Lagos

All orders within Lagos are fulfilled within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
Express same-day delivery is available within Lagos at an additional charge (subject to location and rider availability).
Deliveries are made through trusted courier partners to ensure your abayas arrive safely and promptly.

Outside Lagos (Within Nigeria)

Orders outside Lagos but within Nigeria are delivered within 3–7 working days after payment confirmation.
Delivery fees vary depending on the state and will be calculated at checkout or communicated by our team.
Customers will receive a tracking update once the order has been dispatched.

International Delivery (Outside Nigeria)

We ship worldwide using reliable international courier services (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS).
Delivery timelines vary by destination, typically 7–14 working days.
International shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
All logistics are handled directly by the customer. Shipping rates start from $50, depending on destination and package weight. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with your logistics options, shipping cost, and next steps for delivery.

Refunds & Exchange Policy
Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our pieces, we operate a strict No Refund Policy.
Exchanges are only possible if an item arrives damaged or in error from our side, and must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.
Items must remain unworn, unused, and in original packaging to qualify for an exchange.
Sale items and custom orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
